Hello I've still got Windows 7 and using chrome as browser will these still be able to access new bt email

Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 7 in 2020 so I'm not sure if your web browsers remain up to date. I have included a table for you below to show you the browser compatibility for BT Mail:
