I’m not talking about an attachment I’m talking about the content of the email. This problem only occurs when I am at home not when I am elsewhere

We have Sky broadband and BT email. Some of the emails in my Inbox won’t download the content. They appear to be frozen.

When you want to download an attachment you need to make sure that you are clicking on the down arrow to the right hand side of the attachment box and select "download". Clicking on the "paperclip" or the picture of the attachment will not download it.

If it only happens when you are at home it is most likely a problem with the device you are using or if it is the same device that works else where then I would suggest that you turn off your BT hub for about 30 mins then when you turn it back on hopefully your hub will connect to a different email server.
