How do I change folder names ?

I presume you mean BT webmail folders as you haven't specified what folders you are referring to.

Right click and select 'Rename Folder'

You can only rename folders you have added, you can't rename the standard folders.

Thankyou for your response. Yes, by mail folders , tried everything!

You say right click but I’m on an iPad?

In which case I assume you mean you are using a mail app rather than webmail. No idea how you change it on the iPad mail app, but if you go to webmail you can change it there and it will change it automatically on the app.

Googling reveals

To right-click on the iPad, tap and hold your finger on or near text to open the right-click menu.
You can't right-click everywhere on the iPad.
The right-click menu has fewer functions than performing the same option on a computer.
