How do I add btinternet to my mail accounts with IMAP not POP when my iPhone 13 doesn’t appear to give me the option

Set it up using the manual option by selecting the "Other" option and then enter the details and you should be given the option to select IMAP then enter the settings as per the link posted in the previous message above.

Thanks. I found that you are only given the screen to select IMAP or POP if you enter a wrong password after entering your email address. Then all is well after selecting IMAP

Thank you. I have had the same problem and neither BT or Apple could help me, but you did. Thank you for your help, much appreciated. I had been pulling my hair out for the past two days.
