Hi - I run a local Scout Group - last week all emails from our contact system to members with btinternet.com email addresses started bouncing and being undelivered (including to myself). It seems to be a national problem as Scouts across the UK are reporting the same error!!!

How do we get this addressed urgently please.

Hi @MalcolmRogers

Have a look at the postmasters best practices: BT Email delivery best practices | BT Help

Make sure your email domain has SPF, DKIM and DMARC policies and your email reputation is good.

Also make sure your sending mail server IP address are not on any blocked list or have a bad reputation too.

For mailing lists and sending emails to multiple users make sure you're following the best practices - use a mailing system designed for that (don't just BCC email address)
