&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting about your email password. The quickest way to get help with this would be to call out customer service guys on 0330 1234 150. Hopefully they'll be able to help but just in case I've dropped you a private message if you need to get in touch.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Lost Control of E-mail Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This morning I found that the password saved in my apple keychain, which I know that I haven't changed in several months, was no longer accepted by the bt e-mail login. Then when I tried to change the password, my answers to the security questions were also not accepted. I am concerned that my account has been hacked and would appreciate assistance as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
