Is there a way to set up email account with font choice, font size ete etc on a permanent basis?

I would like to set up my email account so that each time I open up a new message to send the same font, font size etc is automatically there? Thanks for any advice.

Hi - I agree. Since the 'new' mail arrived yesterday - I'm squinting to read the small font and struggling with the awful editing features. I so hope someone can find a way of setting a DEFAULT font and page size, so that we don't have to go in and change it each time. I also find that by pressing 'return' - you get a double space and if you press 3 times - the font changes to a much smaller size. Hopefully these are all bugs.....

I'd also like to ask BT to stop putting their advertising banner on the right of the email pane - which is now impossible to remove - this is such a distraction and we really don't need to have advertising in an email window !!

There is no way a user can set the default font or size of font.

The intrusive advert has been posted about many times and as yet there is no information if this will be changed.
