HELP - I've Lost all Formatting Options on Email e.g Bold, Italic

My BT email 'Compose' option brings up a basic email template only as of yesterday.

I have lost ALL of options for formatting e.g Bold, Italic, Underline etc etc. All text formatting options have also gone e.g Font type, size, colour etc including BCC.

I can find no way in Settings, or anywhere else, where I can change/personalise my email's apperance/formatting.

I don't think I have even been upgraded yet!! My email looks exactly the same other than the above.

It would appear that you are using Plain Text Format instead of Rich Text format.

Log onto your email account and click on your user name at the top right. Select "settings" then click on "Mail" in the left hand column.

In the "General Settings" section make sure that the box "Compose messages in Rich Text Format" is ticked then click "Save".
