New Email System

With the new system introduced today how due you mark an email as SPAM without opening it.

Single click in the box to the left of the email which selects the email, not opening it, then go to either "Move to" or "More" in the menu bar at the top of the list and select what you want to do with it or drag and drop it in the Spam box.

But always check your spam folders because BT spam filters are so poor that all the phishing emails pretending to be from BT will end up in your in box and genuine emails will end up in the spam folder

Thank you for the replies. I did not realise that one click did not open the email.

One click does open the email if you click on the email heading in the list.

It does not open if all you are doing is one click in the box to the left in order to select the email.
