Hi, my emails won’t let me delete the ones I have read either in bulk or by deleting individually, they look like they are gone but then when I refresh they are still in there, this has been happening for the last few days. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to no avail. Any suggestions please? I have a really old account which is a BT Openworld one, thanks.
