      <title>Premium Email after Cancelling BT Broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently cancelled my BT Broadband Service and have been dumped down to what I think is BT Basic Email which means I can't use Outlook.&amp;nbsp;When I try and Upgrade to Premium Email I am getting this message :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;This is not possible for the email address provided as its already linked to another BTID. For help please click&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/44861" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I click on the link 'here' it says Page discontinued.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have been using a single BT Internet email for more than 15 years.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
