Images in emails

Hi. I only have a 'basic' email account (I moved broadband providers) but it's largely been working OK. However, I've suddenly stopped receiving the images that come in emails, getting text only. How can I get them back, please?

Go to Settings>Mail>Images and select the option you require

Sorry if I'm being dense but where? Don't forget that my 'basic' package only gives me access through webmail, so I don't know where to find the settings for that.

Its webmail settings I'm referring to.

Click on your username/email address in the top right corner of the screen after you have logged in. Select settings in the dropdown list.
