Missing email address given to family member

Hi, First post so go easy on me 😉

I can't find an email address that I gave to my daughter some years ago and she's looking access to it again but when I review the list ‘Manage your email' there's no sign of the address on that list. I've seen a similar post on the forum and, although solved, it's not clear how that was done .... maybe by one of the moderators?? can anyone advise?

Unfortunately, if the email address hasn't been accessed for 120 days it will have been deleted.
