Problems on mobile BT app ( MotoG6 android)

Yesterday , my phone started to log all new mails into one line rather than list out.

I cant open this line & when I try the message :-

"Failed to retrieve message content appears"

I can log into my email account on a pc no problem. All services good

But my email opens but doesn't allow me to access new messages in my inbox.

Any suggestions, thanks

Delete the BT mail app and install Blue Mail.
