    <description>&lt;P&gt;will they listen though , they seem to ignore us each time . alot of what was useful has gone and i use my email account for work which has been a pain having to try to reset things to how i want them but cant . so navigating a page that changes each time i log in is not a good start. thanks though&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;used to be able to click all on&amp;nbsp; all the spam , block domain etc , now can only do each one individulally , another great improvement by bt , not&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
