Having been a BT email user for years I have just joined the community as I am really struggling with the new email layout. I can barely read my emails as they are so small and are only in a small portion of the lower half of my screen. I also don't seem to have the images in them shown automatically. I have resorted to reading my emails on my phone as it is so difficult on my laptop. Is there any way I can revert back to the old, clear layout. Why have they done this?

@bradleybev

sorry but no way back to old style email. try reading some of forum posts on email - there are numerous which may help

https://community.bt.com/t5/Email/BT-Webmail-Feedback/m-p/2341233#M109227

you could also just move to an email client like thunderbird and forget all the bt mail problems
