    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since my introduction to the BT Email changes on 1 February 24 I have come across a sub sub folder which, when you hover the mouse hand over the folder name should contain 188 emails, but in fact is empty.&amp;nbsp; I use desktop webmail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any guidance appreciated.&amp;nbsp; This is my first post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
