Nothing solved, at all. Now BT seem to have blocked all paths to making any sort of complaint or enquiries. Options for&nbsp; to speak on the phone seem to have vanished. Email and 'complaint update' not responded to.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; I hope the shareholders are very happy.
