Since the new format has been introduced I have been unable to download any attachments. I click the drop box, click download but nothing happens. I really need to download invoices etc so I can print them . If I click the top Dropbox and select ‘print’ it just says “wait for the print preview window” but again nothing happens. Also when searching the inbox for messages from particular senders, nothing happens. I type the name of the sender but nothing happens, I had to manually scroll through hundreds of messages trying to find an old email but eventually gave up. Absolutely hate this new format. After over 30 years with BT I think I’ll be looking for a new provider

What devices, operating system and browser are you using?

Try clicking on the actual name of the attachment rather than the download box to see if that will download the attachment.
