Another not receiving e-mails

Hi,

Very occasionally, I do not receive e-mails from reputable organisations. Recently this is from @Schweser.com. I have checked the blocked senders list - not there and I have also checked whether the IP is on any other block list - it shows 92 greens. They also do not show up in the spam folder.

As well as my e-mail application (Apple Mail) I have checked the BT web mail to no avail.

Have checked previous threads, but none seem to apply to this case.

Any ideas?

Have you added the email address and domain to your safe senders list?

Yes, Have added to safe senders. I got the domain wrong in the first post - it is actually @kaplan.com.
