    <description>&lt;P&gt;two users can't have same email address more likely the senders have the email address of their customer incorrectly entered on their system.&amp;nbsp; you could block the senders domain so you don't receive emails if they are not responding to your request to alter their records&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been receiving someone else's emails for a while now, I have asked the senders to stop sending the emails to my wife's account but it appears that BT have allowed two users to have the same email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone advise on how we can sort this out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
