    <description>&lt;P&gt;My new bt e-mail is basicallu unuseable - it keep hanging, I can't always open sent e-mails, the address book doesn't always work, font size chnages mid e-mail,&amp;nbsp; I have had long delays between e-mails being sent and being received, some e-mails that people have sent me have been lost.&amp;nbsp; I linked my account to out look and that seems to work OK but I have an example of an e-mail coming in to me Outlook in box but not my BT in box.&amp;nbsp; Basically BT have broken my e-mail and I am told I am in a queues for 2nd response to call me (when it suits them) sometime in the next 5 days !!.&amp;nbsp; The product in its' current state is unacceptable, it has clearly not been tested and BT support is not delivering the 'excellent' customer service they advertise - very poor.&amp;nbsp; Anybody got any ideas ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I suspect you configured Outlook as POP3 rather than IMAP. Delete the account and set it up again as IMAP, it will then sync with webmail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
