I recently created a second BT email account and would like to transfer the contact addresses from my original account to the new account - can this be done either individually or collectively?

Any help much appreciated

Log onto your email account that contains the contacts then go to "Contacts" in the menu bar and click on it. In the menu bar at the top of your contact list click on the "More" button and select "Export Contacts". Follow the prompts and enter a name of the file you are going to export and select CSV.

The list will be saved into your download folder.

Open the email account you want to receive the list of contacts and do the above but this time select "Import Contacts" click on the "select a file" and then go to the file you saved the contacts in and click on it then click on "Upload" and you contacts should now be in your "new" email account.
