Hi, I'm using a microsoft surface laptop, Microsoft 11 and a chrome browser with norton extension.

Although I can't see any rules I can enable / disable them. When I enable and send myself an e-mail entitled "Fraud" it doesn't reach me. If I disable rules it does - what could be happening?

Hi, I was hacked and they set up rules to prevent me seeing the activity. The latest version of e-mail does not show the rules unless you know the rule name. Check the purple action button for rules - if it says "disable" then you can do this but you still can't see what you are disabling!

I have moved you onto your own thread. The thread you posted on was over two years old and referred to the previous email version.

I am on the new version and I have rules set up and I can clearly see what the rule name is and can suspend/delete/edit without issue.

What device and operating system are you using and what browser are you using?
