I receive many emails in which I return a standard response but with the senders first name inserted after 'Hello'. Hundreds of times on the previous system I would open a word doc do ctrl+A; ctrl+C and then ctrl+V and insert about 300 words worth of text into my response to the sender. Now I can't do this. I can copy &amp; paste some lines and even one complete paragraph, but not the whole text. It now takes about 8 separate blocks of text, so I have instead been attaching the document, but this is clunkier than the previous system.</P><P>Copy and paste of the same text into Notepad and other programmes is OK, so it's BT's new system.
