A little while ago I started to move emails between folders on the web version of BT Mail. Many emails were moved successfuly. Howver, after a while I noted that emails had registered against a folder but could not be seen.

The folder showed "an unexpected error has occurred".

Thus I have a folder titled "Mums's funeral" showing 214 emails when hovering over it with 2 unread. But clicking on the name yiedls the error message. I have logged off, logged on, cleared cache and history etc but the error remains. I have several folders showing the same but the majority of folders (I have about 50 folders) are working fine.

Is there a fix to gain access to the erroneous folder messages?
