I have the new style email from BT. The problem I have is that words are being truncated from one line to another. Below is an extract from one email as an example. Is this due to the change of email style or do I need to alter a setting? Thank you

Energy bills are high everywh

ere and switching options are

limited. But what's causing it?

And more importantly, what c

an you do about it?

@CazA This is just one of many problems with the new BT webmail user interface. It has been reported before in this thread https://community.bt.com/t5/Email/BT-Webmail-Feedback/td-p/2340165 which is being monitored by BT.

There are no settings to adjust to correct it. But, if you click "forward" you should be able to read the message without the irritating word breaks. Then, discard the message without saving or sending. With luck BT will fix it soon.

Please also read this useful thread which lists workarounds for some of the other faults -https://community.bt.com/t5/Email/BT-Webmail-Work-Arounds/td-p/2353424

It does seem extraordinary that BT's "improvement" to its webmail should introduce this very elementary fault to text rendering. This sort of thing was usual in the early days of word processors some 30 years ago, but BT has now apparently ressurected it.
