Why when people send to my btinternet email are they receiving an 'unable to deliver' response from yahoo?

People are getting this when they send to my Btinternet account.

Your message was rejected by mta6.am0.yahoodns.net for the following reason:

     30 Sorry, your message to myEMAIL@yahoo.com cannot be delivered. This mailbox is disabled (554.30).

I dont have a Yahoo account.

I was just about to post the same question, why when people send to my btinternet email are they receiving an unable to deliver response from yahoo?

Is this from one person or every person who tries to send you an email?

How long have you been a BT Broadband customer using your btinternet.com email address?

When did you last use your email account?

Hi I have had the btinternet email address for more than 20 years

I use the email daily

it is all emails sent to me, they get the message.

I doubt there is anything that the forum members will be able to do to help you so I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They will advise you by posting on this thread.
