Is it possible to open Mimecast large files in my btopenworld inbox? If so, how?

If they have been sent to you as an attachment you need to download the files first then go to your download folder and open them from there rather than trying to open them directly from your Inbox.

I am assuming that you have the correct program to open the file format, ie you have Minecast installed on your device.

Yes, I received an attachment, which I downloaded, but I cannot find a way to open the file. Do I have to install the Mimecast program? How much will that cost?

Do a search for "How do I access Mimecast files" which will bring up help pages etc.
