It may be that you have "Conversation View" selected.

This groups all the emails relevant to a senders emails if you are using the "Reply To" function.

If you log onto your email account and click on the "View" settings at the right hand side and the SINGLE click on the "Conversation View".

It should toggle the conversation view on or off depending on its present setting.

Recently some of my received emails are disappearing.

If I receive an email with several recipients, and one of the recipients replies to the email, copying all recipients, the original email disappears from my inbox, making it very hard to go reply myself to the original email.

Does anyone else have this issue?
