I personally hate all these changes and unreliability with the update. I have been unable to get into my emails for nearly 2 weeks "talk21!" No one seems to have an answer at BT.. I some very important emails I need to get to!!

Cannot access my emails, I can view the subject heading but nothing opens.. the circle of dots spins for ever!!

I cannot access my folders where I need to access important documents

Thats been the same for two weeks!!

HELP = BT are going round in circles, no one has a answer apart from send of to......

Are you using the correct format your username.t21@btinternet.com along with your password.
