    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think BT email seems quite good at blocking spam emails BUT I keep on getting obvious scam emails with the letters BT somewhere in the subject heading or email. Why on earth can't BT put all emails other than their own legitimate ones straight into the spam folder???????!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
