Webmail users have been listing the many faults with the new version on this forum , ever since it got released, Somewhere there is a list of the most annoying bugs, you will have to spend some time searching for all the complaints , work rounds, and "dont use it " posts and replies. BT seem to have done very little , But like many software fixes , new bugs will be introduced, To give BT the benefit of the doubt , they maybe vigorously testing a new release, But BTs communication skills with its users are poor . The proof is in the pudding .....

{ This morning ( April the first ! ) I noticed the 'Refresh' doesn't work }

E mail upgrade ?

I have waited patiently for the email upgrades to settle down, but still they keep coming -;

Composing an email, with out rhyme nor reason the cursor keeps jumping back to the beginning of the first sentence, very annoying if we only notice 3 sentences later.

The settings you save ie font size etc, keep slipping out as does the 'Show all images' keep changing

The 'Tick' you make to indicate what to do with individual emails keeps dropping down automatically, if deleting things this means you can inadvertently delete the wrong thing

Even when you 'Sign out' it keeps you signed in - not good for security.

Come on BT - get your act together, we're paying for a sub standard service.
