Hi

I seem to have exactly the same issue as this user did:

https://community.bt.com/t5/Email/emails-not-saved-in-sent-mail/m-p/2276233#M103832

I have tried all the things mentioned in the above post and nothing has changed. Every time I send an email from either Edisonmail or Google Mail on my Android phone, that email does not appear on my Talk21 sent folder, even though the email is actually sent and does arrive.

Please can someone help me with this? From the above discussion it appears that only BT engineers.can solve this individually...

Thank you

Hi @Skindude welcome to the community and thanks for posting, if you login to webmail at www.bt.com/email and send an email does it show in the sent folder?

The thread you've mentioned didn't involve thrid party email clients like edisomail or googlemail which BT don't provide technical support for.

Thanks
