Hi. I'm using bt mail on Window/Chrome, and the new BT email app on my android phone. The former has its own dedicated contact list; the latter appears to use the phone's contact list.

Is there a way of synchronising the two sets of contacts please?

Hi @freelofty If you click on your email address, go to settings cog and then contacts you can choose between server, your phones contact book or both.

Thanks

Brilliant! Thanks NeilO.

Now how do I copy over the device ones to the server? I have paired the phone to my laptop, tried Bluetooth and USB cable, selected all contacts and exported them to a vcf file, but when importing from BT mail I just get a message saying the file is not valid. Maybe some of those contacts being just numbers without names is causing the problem? I also tried via CSV file but the same thing.

If not I'll just go through the device contacts and sort them manually.

Many thanks for your help.

Freelofty
