NEW E MAIL FORMAT

Experiencing issues with new format :

Although I have saved 'show all images' the system does not show all images and then goes back to block images without any request from me !

When deleting emails from inbox a tick automatically appears on next email down and if not careful that email will then get deleted. Wondered where some emails had gone !!

Used to be able to click a box when logging on to keep email account open. This is now longer available and my email account gets shut down when I do not want it closed !!

Here we are in 2024 and BT software engineers have made poor changes and left the system clunky. How can I get back to the old system, fed up with what it has become.

Thanks for suggestions,

Have sorted the deletion issue.

It is frustrating that emails I have marked as spam from well known retailers continue to flood my inbox. Unless I block them they just keep coming. I don't want to permanently block them just direct them to spam.

Why does the font keep changing from what I have set ? Very very annoying.

Why when typing a sentence does the curser suddenly fly back to the beginning of the email ? Even more annoying.

Very sad that such floors are in an updated format. What is the standard of BT software engineers ??
