bt email app says upgrade available but does nothing

Greetings

Anyone else out there getting a menu message saying upgrade available, taking me to itunes then does nothing. I am paying for premium service and finding this annoying.

If you are using an Apple device you would be far better using the Apple email app that is preinstalled on your device. It will be far better than the BTMail app.

i prefer bt app as it is auto push, whereas apple app checks every 5 mns. If apple app was push, then I would use it.

@licquorice There are a few sites that send one-time passcodes with a 5-minute expiry time, but wouldn't a good mail client have a "collect now" button?

Err yes, they all do . That is different to push.

All, I know how to pull an emails The problem is with bt app. Not after a workaround, looking for app to be fixed.

Search the App Store directly for the app.

As an aside you can push email from Apple's app but don't know if BT Mail is supported. But you can fetch at any time with a simple swipe down.
