Copious Email in my InBox that should be going into Spam

I wondered if anyone on here is receiving copious amounts of what I regard as 'phishing' emails from various Hotmail addresses. This has increased massively in the last two weeks and I am receiving up to ten or so a day in my Inbox and not filtered into spam. They all appear to include salacious incoherent comments from women and all include a PDF attachment that I am totally aware could include a virus or threat to my system security. As such I am deleting them wholesale but am clearly concerned about the volume that continues unabated. I am forwarding most of them to Action Fraud as well. Anyone share such an experience ? 🤔
