BT Email

When I log into BT Email I can't scroll down to older emails. The screen is stuck showing just 10 emails, I know there are lots of emails below those 10 but I can't access them. This started yesterday, does anyone have similar issues?

Are you using the scroll bar on the right hand side? It is not very obvious and blends into the page.

Have you tried using a different "View" by clicking on the "View" button at the right hand side.?

Thanks for the thoughts, unfortunately the scroll bar works for one movement then freezes and the view button doesn't work.

Try clearing your browser's history and cookies and if that does not work can you try a different browser to see if it works in order to establish if it is a possible browser problem or a problem with your account.

I tried using Edge and it worked. Then a few days later I tried using Chrome again and it was fine. Thanks for the advice.
