Windows 11 outlook for windows client email help

can somebody help me with correct settings for this program

i cant seem to get this to work on my app i think i used something called and app password sime to be seinding and recivw on my phone

which setting should i be using

BT do not require an app password and therefore do not supply one.

Use the IMAP settings in the link you posted.

You're attempting to use probably the worst possible email system with an awful email client. Unless there's a compelling reason why you must use Outlook then try something else. I'd recommend Thunderbird for Windows but there are others.
