BT email option to print is greyed out

Hi all

When we are receiving emails and attachments that need to be printed out the `print` option is greyed out.

This is only happening with BT (not AOL or gmail they are ok, along with Word, Excel etc)

I have done all the suggested testing on hardware but its getting to a point , HELP, as this is needed for work.

Never come across this before at all, hopefully someone can advise

If this happens when you double click to open the email just single click not double click on the email in the list and it will open and allow the print feature to work or just tick the box to the left of the email in the list then select printin the menu bar.

All sorted thanks, spoke with BT who stated it was issue with the, on printing out emails. Sorted by next day.
