It still works on my mobile but it won't accept my password online since the "upgrade". It's a basic email account. We don't have BT broadband anymore so no BT ID.</P><P>If I click forgotten password it tries to send a code to another btinternet.com address which I don't recognise.</P><P>Not sure what's going on.
