Printing

Can anyone help? On the rare occasions I need to print emails with vital information in. And when I press the print button, all that happens is a dialogue comes up that says “please wait for the print preview window to open” nothing happens and this dialogue simply stays on the screen and wont go until I close the email app

What device are you using to access your BTMail emails?

Are you using the BTMail app from either the Play Store or the Apple store or are you using a web browser?

Are you able to print other things such as a document from your device?

thanks for reply, I hope this helps

I am using an IPad Pro

I accepted what BT sent so I suppose I am going direct into email on the App

I suppose I’ll have to delete and download again?

You haven't answered all the questions I asked. "Are you able to print other things such as a document from your device?"

Have you tried logging onto your email account using a web browser such as Safari and can you print from that?

Yes can print from other sources,pages and numbers.
Just going to try logging in via google

Yes still the same cannot print even when logged on via Google.

and the more times I press print the more dialogue boxes display and wont clear until I log off
