Network Connection

looking for some advice here please.

updated and installed the BT mail app on my iphone.

when i log in it says

Network Connection

internet connection is not available. pls switch on wifi or mobile data

But the thing is

wifi / data are both on and working

i can use the same BT account on my desktop

Any pointers please ?

The best advice is to remove the BTMail app which is pretty poor, and just use the Apple Mail app that comes pre installed on your iPhone.
