    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So sorry to be 'that' chap, but I've forgotten my BT email password and the mobile phone number I had as my contact (which would receive the reset code) isn't working these days!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AND I put my BT email address as the emergency contact email (I know! I wasn't thinking!) so the reset code is being sent to a phone number that isn't live and an email that &amp;nbsp;I can't access!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions? I'm at a loss here!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>
