Trying to change password to email app on android, will not accept, am I correct in thinking I also need to change password on my tablet

Have you been able to login to your email yet? I'm not able to access my emails on the BT app but can through the website. Hopefully this is just a technical issue that is being sorted out?

I am also having similar issues with the app. Looks like a BT wide problem.

My BT email app on all my android devices no longer recognises my login details. I know they are correct as I can log in to email accounts through the website without difficulty. I have reinstalled the app, changed the passwords but no luck. This only started last night. Is there currently a fault with the app.

Hi, if you're experiencing difficulties accessing emails via the BT Email App, please be aware that due to technical issues, you may be unable to do so right now. We are working to fix this as quickly as possible.

Also cannot send emails from iPhone Mail or PC but BT mail App working. Is there an SMTP server error? Able to receive emails ok and BT App recognises that email read on iPhone?
