ghost emails

My inbox shows 2 unread emails, when in fact I opened them all and only keep a small number of emails in my inbox.

After I open I either delete of put them away in files.

I understand they are called Ghost Emails.

How do I get rid of the 2 unread (Inbox (2)? Thanks!

Hi @fulvia, sorry you've a couple of ghost emails showing in your inbox. Get in touch by using the 'Message now' option on this page: Fix email | BT Help and one of our guides will be able to help you resolve this.

Thank you John, that's exactly what a did a couple of days ago.

I was told that somebody would get in touch with me via email and resolve it for me.

So far...nothing. That's why I am getting in touch again!

I haven't had the issue sorted yet, but hopefully someone is on the case. I just had to provide my account details.
