    <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to access MY BT (to read my phone bill) I have got the following message on several different occasions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;"The page isn’t redirecting properly&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An error occurred during a connection to home.bt.com.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've entered the link in my cookie settings page so that cookies are allowed for this site but it makes no difference. It may be a browser problem (I use Firefox) but I'm posting it here to see if others have found it difficult to access MY BT using the link on the BT email page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
