    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same for me. This started 3 days ago. I stopped using their broadband package because the service was so bad months ago and now I have this message on the app but not when accessing through the web browser.&amp;nbsp; I wonder if it is a signal problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are no longer a BT Broadband customer your email account will have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can only be used with a web browser and not with an email client or email app.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for that. I will stop using the app and probably move to GMail. It is strange because I can use the app when I drive 250 meters down the road to the village.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
