Why do I keep getting logged out of my web email account...

It never used to happen - it would stay logged on for hours / days even when using chrome and the email.bt.com url.
Now I get logged out every few minutes and have to sign back in. So frustrating. and definitely NOT AN IMPROVEMENT!

Does this happen to everyone? or is there something I can do to fix it. So annoying.

Yes, it keeps happening to me if I leave the page for more than a few minutes.

If you have been migrated to the new webmail interface, which will have "MX_3.5.0" in the url, please post a note about your experience in the feedback thread https://community.bt.com/t5/Email/BT-Webmail-Feedback-v2-post-16th-April-release/td-p/2376642

If you're still on an an earlier version of webmail you'll have to wait until you have been migrated, which might solve the problem.

Hi Peter, Sorry for delay in reply - yes I have the latest version. Yesterday I was locked out completely and changed to the ....t21@btinternet.com version of my address. That seemed to get me signed in but the service still keeps dropping out. Also, I cannot log into my MyBT account and I get an error message. This is so frustrating.
